The best vacation ever

We have tried several family-friendly properties in various locations in Romagna, but this has been the best experience ever!!!
The hotel is beautiful, a new and modern property a stone's throw from the beach, with clean rooms and just the right amount of space. Food is varied and always tasty. ALL the staff have ALWAYS been impeccable, kind, and smiling: I emphasize ALL and ALWAYS, which is not something to be taken for granted! Starting from the reception, to the bar staff and the dining room staff, they are young and very sweet with the children. The pool area is beautiful, adjacent to a part of the private beach with a beach volleyball court and the outdoor bar; in the afternoon, it comes alive with music and entertainment. However, the strong point that made the difference for this vacation was the entertainment team: they always knew how to involve everyone, adults and children, with kindness and without ever being intrusive—quite the opposite! [...] You shouldn't change a winning team! 😉

Paradise for families!

A week with two small children aged 3-6, super welcome with water bottles and bags as gifts, modern and clean facility with all the essential comforts like daily towel changes and air conditioning in the room, superlative cuisine! Excellent entertainment, free bikes and strollers, various parks included! For the little ones, in the afternoon there is a nanny service for a few hours and a pediatrician. 2 perfect pools for both adults and children with water games and slides! Snacks and slushy drinks always available at the hotel and by the pool!
Umbrella with two lounge chairs at the beach included with drinks available. What can I say, a perfect vacation for families at a super price!

Paradise for families

Truly nothing negative to say. We were treated like royalty, adults and children. Excellent food, kind, attentive and helpful staff, top-notch entertainment with tons of activities to do, even in case of rain and weather alerts, as unfortunately happened to us for two days. It's impossible not to have fun and feel good in this place! A special thanks to Fabio and Daniele and Mattia from the entertainment team, who left a mark on our hearts, we hope to find them again next year!! A piece of advice, if it were possible to add some elevators, everything would be truly perfect! Since most of the guests are families with small children who use strollers or cribs, it becomes complicated to use the stairs, so there is always a long line to get up.

A dream vacation

Dream hotel.. The idea was to have a vacation for everyone in the family, especially for my children.. Never experienced such a beautiful vacation.. I didn't have to think about anything..super pampered and served.. The staff was kind, helpful and always with a smile..The lunches and dinners were prepared with excellent food and a vast choice of meat and fish every day.. From fried fish to leg of lamb and always a choice for children too.. Thanks to head chef Angelo..Every day different entertainment and games for adults and children... Pool open from morning to afternoon always with entertainment.. Beach nearby.. sun loungers, entertainment and super well-equipped.. I recommend it to all families who want to enjoy their vacation without thinking about anything, all-inclusive, truly all-inclusive...a dream

An experience to be repeated ABSOLUTELY!

I booked for us and friends with 4 children in tow.. Rooms always tidy and of modest size for a family of 4 people..A beautiful experience, food at all hours and of excellent quality in large quantities.. Snacks at all hours and never a dull moment with the fantastic staff members.. A thank you to everyone who welcomed and entertained us during these days between the sea and the pool.. We leave a piece of our heart with the hope of returning next summer 🩷

TOP entertainment

The quality and diversity of the food every day. The fact of having drinks of all kinds available practically everywhere. The entertainment, however, I think was the highlight and it can only be to the credit of Fabio, the head entertainer who impressed us in every sense, both for his dedication to work and for his organizational skills, empathy, and listening ability that he demonstrated. Mattia was another point of reference throughout our stay. The kids also "fell in love" with Daniele, Roberto, and Ajar, who were WONDERFUL! Compliments to the entire entertainment staff, to the entire restaurant, bar, and reception staff, compliments to the cleaning ladies, and compliments in general to all of you! You made this vacation unforgettable for us from every point of view! Thank you very much!

Simply the best! We ate very well, the entertainment was fantastic and always engaging but never pushy, the hotel is beautiful, and the beach is more than close. Beautiful pools, well-kept and always clean. My daughter had a great time and we were able to rest. The only downside is 2 elevators for all the people, and for how big the hotel is, they are few, but it really is a drop in the ocean. We will definitely be back next year. A special mention to the entire staff, always kind, courteous, and always smiling, even the waiters in the dining room were uniquely kind, especially with the children.
